These are some simple rules of thumb for keeping FFE/OSE on track.
It is best practice to purchase ALL specs + pricing vetted, rather than phasing

  • Standard "Contract" Furniture: Allow 12+ Weeks

  • Standard w/ COM/COL: Allow 16-20 Weeks

  • Fully Custom Furniture: Ranges from 10-20 Weeks

  • Custom Rugs: Allow 20+ Weeks pending origin

  • Standard Lighting: 12-16 Weeks

  • Custom Lighting: 16+ Weeks

  • Art Curation: Allow 12-14 Weeks
